SCORE Community Robotics Teams welcome students from 4th grade up to students born before May 1, 2008. No previous experience is required, we only need students with a passion for learning something new.

There is a mandatory parent information meeting on July 13th on the campus of Auburn University. We will have the final registration form available at that meeting. We cannot guarantee participation until we have an accurate count of students, though we are hoping to accept as many students as possible.
Meetings will begin the week of August 1st. The night(s) of weekly meetings will be determined once we have a final participant count.

The Southeastern Center of Robotics Education, or SCORE, is an Auburn University outreach center designed to more effectively develop and deliver robotics education to K-12 students and teachers. SCORE centralizes the robotics education activities already underway at Auburn University, and provides a mechanism for growth in the area of robotics education outreach. Programs offered through SCORE reflect Auburn Universities committment to research, outreach and instruction as a land, sea and space grant institution by using robots on the land, in the air and on the water. SCORE is the only center of its kind in the country.

Mission Statement

"The Southeaster Center of Robotics Education serves to inspire and prepare future generations of STEM professionals by developing and delivering student robotics programs, online robotics resources, and professional development for educators."
